Your Role and Responsibilities

Nesta função, você trabalhará em nosso IBM Client Innovation Center (CIC), onde oferecemos profundo conhecimento técnico e do setor para uma ampla gama de clientes do setor público e privado em todo o mundo.

Esses centros oferecem aos nossos clientes habilidades e conhecimento técnico para impulsionar a inovação e a adoção de novas tecnologias.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Necessário ter Ensino Superior (Graduação) concluído na área de tecnologia;
Sólida experiência no atendimento de chamados nível N2;
Experiência com Grafana e Dynatrace;
Obrigatório ter certificação Dynatrace Associate;
Disponibilidade para trabalho em regime de escala 12x36 na cidade do Rio de Janeiro.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

Desejável:
Dynatrace Professional e Zabbix Certified Specialist.
