SR IT SUPPORT ANALYST

Job description:


  • Maintain the company's interest regarding operations and development of all aspects under the NUCC portfolio including but not limited to Telephony, All Conferencing Modalities, Audio/Visual Architecture and Solutions, Instant Messaging and Presence, Collaboration, Meeting Room Solutions SharePoint On-Premise and SharePoint Online and O36
  • Maintain, upgrade and develop the systems globally. In addition, participating and running projects to expand current systems or deploy new systems/locations
  • Location: Tech Center, Cidade Universitária, Ilha do Fundão, RJ

You are meant for this job if:

  • Degree in Information Technology or related field
  • Strong or excellent communication skill in English
  • Experience in support & implementation role on supporting large heterogeneous enterprise infrastructure.
  • Experience working with ITIL processes, methodology or structured IT best practice frameworks
  • Ability to work with Sharegate Content Migration Tool
  • Fair Knowledge of PowerShell and Development is added advantage
  • Experience with implementing and supporting Session Border Controllers (SBC's) such as Ribbon or Audiocodes
  • Experience deploying Direct Routing in Microsoft Teams
  • Experience or at least awareness legacy PBX systems
  • Experience of Cisco Call Manager, voice gateways and global variances of ISDN & SIP services
  • Strongly Admin Knowledge of SharePoint 2010 & 2013 Farms
  • Strong personal efficiency and problemsolving skills; very concerned by security and standardisation/rationalisation aspects
  • Automation of processes experience desirable
  • Experienced in creating and completing low level documentation from high level designs and taking this through to completion desirable
