ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a highly motivated Payroll Analyst to join our team.

As a Payroll Analyst, you will have the autonomy to manage the HR Operation processes for 5 countries (Argentina, Chile, Peru, Colombia, and Mexico).

You will also ensure compliance with local labor legislation, and provide guidance to stakeholders on HR policies and best practices.

ABOUT THE TEAM:

Be responsible for the HR Operations Activities, including Admission, Termination, Vacation, Workday updates, Employee Services, and Benefits management.
Ensure compliance with SOX controls and local labor legislation in LATAM.
Ensure proper control of vacations.
Guide stakeholders on HR policies and best practices;
Propose improvements in operational processes and design simple solutions to complex problems;
Communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders, developing relationships of trust and transparency.

WHO YOU ARE:

Advanced or Fluent Spanish skills (mandatory);
Advanced Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets skills, with experience in complex functions and formulas;
Knowledge of local labor legislation (Desirable)
Proved Experience in HR Operations / Payroll processes;
Knowledge in People Operations, including admission, leaving, and vacations;
Analytical and systemic thinking to design simple solutions to complex problems;
Collaboration skills, with a focus on teamwork and accountability;
Clear, concise, and effective communication skills.
