Presencial em Barueri
Jornada: 9h às 18h (com a possibilidade de passagem para o turno noturno);
40 horas semanais;
Regime CLT.

Principais Atividades:

Conhecimentos e habilidades

Ensino superior em TI
Experiência com atendimento ao cliente ou suporte técnico. Desejável experiência na indústria de Serviços de Tecnologia ou Provedor de Serviços Gerenciados.
Conhecimento em sistemas de gerenciamento de rede, conectividade e segurança de rede, comunicações unificadas e rede sem fio.
Proficiente em MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Outlook, SharePoint, Windows.
