Responsibilities & Requirements:

Developing BOM for Upgrade, Repair & NCL orders
Advises on machining sequence, production method, choice of materials, costs, machinability, selecting the right work centers
Determining on which machine the parts can be made as efficiently as possible
Creates the NCR route sheets, incorporates the Flowserve procedures and takes into account the requirements/wishes of customers in terms of quality
Process ITP's in work orders
Release and control work orders in SAP
Processing ECN after DCIQ release
Make necessary information available for outsourced steps
Determining the machining and assembly sequences of the various workpieces and products
Determining processing times
Timely delivery of work orders with the correct processing steps, times and costs.
Indicating in the work order the use of the correct machines, tools, procedures and customer specifications, so that the progress of the process is not jeopardized
Working according to the safety regulations
Other duties as assigned

Preferred Experience / Skills:

Good customer service skills
Independent worker
Knowledge of Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma
Knowledge of the ISO 9001 standard
Knowledge of SAP
HS Diploma / GED and 57 years relevant experience
