Ensure and drive the commercial development of project cargoes in the ECSA in line with the group pricing policy to optimize the line profitability and vessels performance.

Define the project cargo commercial policy of the trade/lines and ensure its implementation;
Work in small, medium and long term strategy, taking into consideration the biz particularities;
Monitore the competition and make actions whenever necessary;
Follow up the market trend and provide changes in the strategy if necessary;
Suggest the implementation of new port calls and/or service changes to guarantee the performance;
Support the annual budget construction for the trade/lines and analyze its evolution during the year;
Guarantee rules and procedures are duly updated and communicated to the network;
Provide support to agent's network in optimizing their performance and achieving their commercial targets;
Analyze performances and budget variances and suggest corrective actions whenever necessary;
Create synergy with all segments, departments and group companies;
Promote transversal projects to bring additional revenues to the line (Multimodal, VAS, etc).
Support and coordinate operations shipments towards Terminals and Customers when having BB shipments
Support and perform cargo project daily pricing activity;
Work closer to the other segments to understand and follow each line strategy;
Ensure competitive freight levels and good time response;
Support commercial team regarding project cargo contracts, quotations and/or tenders;
Monitore the main project cargo segments, guarantee tariffs will be in line with market and updated through the companies' tools;
Follow up on key customers;
Manage complex situation related to commercial and/or customers;
Support commercial team and customers to find solutions for their operations;
Guarantee that freights and conditions are properly filled in the company's tools (LISA, LARA, etc);
Support the Digitalization and Pricing tools (My Prices, iPrice, etc) and follow up its utilization;
Keep daily contact with CFW team to ensure smoothly operations of project cargoes.
