Develop and maintain the demand/revenue forecasting models and process.

  • Define operational KPIs of the businesses focused on demand,
  • Deliver the weekly & monthly demand planning reports working collaboratively with key stakeholders (BU CEOs, Sales Leaders, and FP&A) to obtain additional insight into trends & elicit improvements to KPIs.
  • Analyze sales pipeline trends, customer demand (usage) patterns, to create accurate and reliable demand forecasts
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including sales, marketing, and finance, to ensure that the demand forecast aligns with the company's overall business objectives
  • Monitor and report on the accuracy of the demand forecast, and make adjustments as needed
  • Ensure that the demand forecast is integrated with the Business Planning performed by the FP&A teams
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the demand forecasting process, including training and development for team members
