RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide a wide range of general administrative tasks and activities to support the Human Resources Department
Create and maintain accurate and uptodate employee files and records in our Information System (HRIS
SAP Success Factors)
Support the HRBP for the required data entries in our Information System (HRIS
SAP Success Factors)
Deliver & Collect all required documents related to and Employee file (contract, letters, personal files )
Be the HRIS User Champion to ensure data quality and ensure the smooth running of operations
Assist with all internal and external HR related inquires or requests (Service Desk Support Level 2)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Specific skills / expertise / product:

Bachelor or Master's degree in HR, Business Administraton or IT (completed or ongoing)
1 to 3 years of relevant experience in HR generalist roles (HR officer, HR Coordinator)
Working experience in global community with complex matrix
Technologyoriented
