Managed Services FulfillmentJob Summary
Provides support to the operation in his department, interacting with co-workers and internal groups to deliver projects of activation/deactivation of products and services and the deployment of new managed services.
What you will be doing
Planning
- Creates simple task lists for themselves or is designed by their direct leader of activities related to functional scope, interacting with internal and external customers to support the operation of his department
- Interface/Mediation and Awareness of immediate key stakeholders, and with guidance able to identify and map the needs of stakeholders
- Provides progress updates and executes activities within their team or project, to coworkers, and internal and external customers, which requires feedback from more experienced colleagues which drives learning and development
- Validates the technical requirements of contracted services by customers, in highlevel scope, assuring that the same complies with their technical expectations
- Supports the Service Requests processing to the activation and deactivation of customers' products. Supports the Service Requests process in his/her functional scope, such as the followup of transferred tasks to other internal departments until closing, considering the service order status updating in the internal system.
- Supports the execution of tasks, activities, and work packages to create the final product of the project, based on customer scope acceptance and aligned to hired products/services
- Supports the service orders processing to activation/deactivation of products/services of Equinix portfolio
- Supports the Service Requests process in his functional scope, such as the followup of transferred tasks to other internal departments until closing, considering the service order status updating in the internal system
- Supports the acquisition process of items needed for the delivery of products/services to our customers, in collaboration with the procurement department and compliance with global acquisition processes
- Supports/Contributes to the production of technical documentation of physical installations and managed services configuration to ensure a consistent transition to the operation and the proper support from Operational Teams
- Supports simple and moderate complexity deployments, monitoring customers' expectations, such as their engagement level during all project life cycle
- Supports the communication with customers on predefined milestones, concerning project composition, assigned analysts, and schedule of the project
- Has a basic/medium technical knowledge of designated products/processes
- Supports the escalations with close guidance from a leader/manager
- Supports the resolution of issues with close guidance from the leader/manager
What we ́ll expect from you
- Strong Experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
