HR Analyst to join its office in
Rio de Janeiro, Brazil within the Global Human Resources Division.


Mission:

Support in the management of HR matters.


Responsibilities:


  • Conducts Campaigns and support any Benefits strategic topic;
  • Execute and answer for operational/administrative processes in order to guarantee the quality of the process and propose improvements;
  • Negotiate prices with suppliers, research, and propose benefits practiced in the market;
  • Plan and execute actions that benefit the company, planning changes and creating communication for employees;
  • Ensure the correct integration of benefits into the monthly payroll to carry out employee discounts;
  • Perform monthly monitoring of benefit requests, issuing the slip, building the accounting apportionment, and controlling payments;
  • Assist employees when they seek the HR sector;
  • Management of all the HR receipts and Monthly payments;
  • Perform monitoring of Global Mobility and Travel Insurance requests;
  • Manage the Brazilian time attendance system (Folha Certa), checking the hours approved by the managers and issuing individual reports to employees at the end of each month;

Requirements and Qualifications:


  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, HR management, or equivalent;
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar HR role;
  • Advanced Office Package special for Excel (domain in Vlookup and PivotTable formulas);
  • Knowledge of: Labor Legislation, Payroll System, PAT Legislation, Benefits Management
  • Strong oral and written communication skills;
  • Knowledge of the Sap System (Success Factors) is a plus;
  • Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization, individually, in groups, and across cultures;
  • English Advanced is mandatory (will be tested);
  • Spanish is a plus.
