During your day as a Technical Account Manager you will:

  • Work proactively with customers to understand their key projects, pertinent goals, and key performance indicators (KPIs);
  • Establishes and maintains a delivery governance model with the customer at the implementation, operational, management, and executive levels, as applicable;
  • Maintains relationships with customer stakeholders, understanding and aligning their objectives and perceptions with the contract scope as the customer's primary point of contact to deliver our services;
  • Provides project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about its strategy, progress, risks, and mitigations/adjustments required;
  • Identify customer needs and help endusers with the product in the correct way and escalate the requests if necessary
  • Inform customers about new features and functionalities;

As a Technical Account Manager you have:

  • Experience on Linux;
  • Experience with databases and demonstrated SQL experience (MySQL, Postgres);
  • Knowledge of Atlassian products (JIRA and Confluence) and Marketplace addons;
  • Knowledge of AWS Services;
  • Familiarity with REST API (Integration);
  • Best practices with Customerfirst approach;
  • Advanced English or higher level;
