About the Job Title:

Being responsible for product development from all perspectives, ensuring that the team is working collectively to build a good project;
Work with stakeholders and manage their expectations, supporting decisions and problem solving;
Represent the team in strategic meetings and position project decisions to stakeholders;
Manage the activities of the product team, being able to manage more than one development team with support from the Product Owner;
Manage the backlog by building a strategic product roadmap;
Establish product strategy with clear delivery goals;
Validate suppliers suited to product needs and customer expectations;
To act with a total focus on providing customers with a great experience of innovative products and services that contribute to their satisfaction and the company's image;
Drive operational improvements by carrying out R&D activities.

What do you need to take part in this selection process?

810 years experience in digital program and /or senior project management within a digital agency environment
Deep experience in customer contact and stakeholder management up to clevel executives
Extensive knowledge of program management and the ability to prove it
Experirence with delivery of technical programs within commerce
Extensive experience in large scale scrum (LeSS) and scaled Agile frameworks and some knowledge of other methodologies
Experience working with product management teams in an agile scrum environment and the ability to translate product roadmaps into actionable delivery plans
Affinity for commerce, technology, composable architecture and large scale delivery with distributed teams
Experience working with CMS platforms such as Commercetools, Contentful
A flexible mindset, depending on the program and client, we occasionally work at the client or one of out other locations
A servant leader mentality and ability to switch between strategic level and operational interventions by leading by example where necessary
Advantage: certification in project management (e.g PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, PMP, Scaled Agilist (SAFe5), DASM
Fluent English skills; written and spoken
