Summary:


Prepares legal advice and conducts regulatory research, analyzes, summarizes and prepares regulatory filings and memoranda, updates and maintains legal files and correspondence.

Assists in providing advice and counsel involving legal and regulatory issues of varying levels of complexity. Supports the company in legal disputes, lawsuits, regulatory and governmental matters, and analytical processes and business transactions. Provides legal support in contractual matters to Sales Team


Key Responsibilities:

From 2 to 4 years of experience
Provides support to regulatory unit. May be responsible for securing, preparing, drafting, and processing legal and regulatory documents. Assists in the registration of models and criteria. Maintains templates, information databases and internal documents library.

Provides support for resolution of day to day matters including general legal research, regulatory responses, regulatory outreach management, and regulatory examination management.

Performs structured work assignments such as prepare and draft legal documents.
Supports the review of legal briefs, motions and other court filings, etc.
May assist in intellectual property and trademark matters. May work with outside counsel to coordinate legal advice.
Supports completion of regulatory filings and disclosures.
May maintain books and records of legal entities.
Demonstrates and applies a broad knowledge of field of specialization through successful completion of assignments. Successfully applies complex knowledge of fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures.
Identifies problems and supports the solutions based on practices, existing precedents or procedures.
Works within own team and interacts with other teams.
Contributes to the achievement of Legal team objectives.
Provides legal support in contractual matters to Sales Team


Requirements:

B.A. final or near to final required
Experience in a top tier law firm or corporation in the area of practice.
Professional, highly organized and detail-oriented.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Excellent interpersonal, communication (verbal and written) and teamwork skills.
Ability to work as part of a team and interact effectively with others.
Highest level of discretion, sensitivity and integrity in handling confidential information.
