We are searching the best talent for Talent Acquisition Lead Partner to be in São Paulo, Brazil.


The TA Lead for Innovative Medicine will own the delivery, execution, and assessment of recruitment initiatives that enable the acquisition of top talent required to meet strategic objectives in their assigned business/geography that will provide J&J with a competitive recruiting advantage.

Will influence outcomes and communicate closely with hiring managers by sharing best practices and using an employee and customer-focused approach to understand their needs and ensure the effective attraction selection, and development of an impactful, diverse, and talent pipeline to drive business results aligned with the organizational and functional HR strategies.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Influence, communicate, and lead outcomes with business leaders by driving effective recruiting strategies, setting expectations and helping identify the skills or characteristics that lead to success in a role.
  • Understand and implement business priorities, workforce planning outcomes, regional current and future capability requirements as well as any specific talent challenge to be addressed by translating a business strategy.
  • Complete Regional Diversity strategies in partnership with key partners and build capability in DE&I strategy with your team (Business/Talent Acquisition leaders, recruiters, Office of Diversity & Inclusion, etc.)
  • Motivate team members to achieve and exceed service standards by identifying staff performance gaps, allocating time to listen, and providing constructive feedback for performance improvement. Coach and develop team members across TA, focus on building sectorbased business sense in every team member.
  • Assess team members' workload and performance, ensure proper assignment of cases and workload to deliver targeted Assessment and Selection Service Levels.
  • Connect closely across the HR Community and with key HR and business partners to ensure awareness and understanding of key business priorities for your team. Data and analytical driven, develop report that bring valuable insights to support business decision.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
  • 5+ years of HR/Recruiting experience, including at least 3 years in recruiting or talent sourcing capability is required.
  • 2+ years of people management experience.
  • Experience in shaping solutions, with strong communication and collaborative partnership skills with internal and external partners to effectively implement HR solutions across the enterprise is required.
  • Strong eye for business across multiple functions is required.
  • Strong capability in assessing, hiring, developing and coaching talent and developing a successful, diverse and sustainable talent strategy is required.
  • Must have the ability to provide clear direction quickly and ondemand to work optimally in an agile environment, handle multiple projects and daily adhoc operational activities.
  • Competitive Approach demonstrating high sense of urgency and innovative ideas and putting business in the center and taking data driven decisions.
  • Prioritization approach, being accountable and holding others accountable.
  • Fluent in Portuguese & English. Spanish is a plus
