Team Overview and Job responsibilities

We are looking for a Contracts & Offers Analyst to join our team.


Based in Sorocaba, Brazil, you will be will be responsible for carrying out the activities of preparation of Offers for the supply of materials and services, performing the technical-economic analysis of sales proposals and meeting the needs of customers, offering the appropriate product due to its applicability, and aiming to contribute to the service and support to the Sales area.


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the preparation of plans, along with the management of the Business Units (BU) to define goals, strategies and sales policies, subsidizing and supporting decisions with information and market data, as well as analyzing and monitoring the results of the plans and goals for the necessary adjustments, ensuring the achievement of results;
  • Perform economic analysis of sales proposals, taking into account all decision variables, including financial, delivery times, technical specifications, destined to other competent areas, in search of service improvement and full attendance of customer needs;
  • Provide customer service by clarifying doubts about the sales proposal, discounts, organizing identification documents of the Company to present to the same, offering contribution and technical improvement;
  • Perform presale monitoring, preparing strategy for negotiating deadlines, advising clients when there is the occurrence of specific unscheduled events.
  • Perform price adjustment of the material according to the constant formula of the contract, verifying oscillation of the hard currency, for planning, and administration of the same;
  • Critical analysis of processes and project management, participate from the negotiation phase of new business to the delivery of supplies and financial flow;
  • Conduct internal and external meetings with customers and other departments of Prysmian;
  • Analyze returns of materials identifying reasons and responsibilities, informing the competent sector to make resolutions and continue the process, as well as propose action plan to eliminate the root cause;
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects and focus on customer experience.)
Who are we looking for?- Business Administration or Engineering Education- Experience in the Customer Service area, focusing on the offers area- Fluent English and Spanish language will be a plus- Knowledge of the SAP system will be a plus- Know excel and office package- Customer oriented, teamwork, know how to manage time and priorities
