Descrição da posição | Responsabilidades:

Develop and ensure implementation of supply chain policies, ensuring that all end-to-end value chain stakeholders work in sync and agreed business processes, KPIs and service level;
Establish guidelines for executing the global planning cycle at different levels, strategic, tactical and operational, respectively called Asset Footprint and Optimization, S&OP and S&OE;
Stipulate, in line with business plans, the strategy for defining the location of new assets, optimizing existing chain assets, defining the logistics and operations roadmap that will support the organization's long-term growth;
Establish and ensure that control of resources such as raw materials, production capacities, warehouses, among others, are allocated in order to optimize the organization's performance and results, maintaining the level of service agreed with the customers;
Establish and control the sales order fulfillment and PCP (production planning and control) processes for the procution plants, aiming to connect planning to execution, giving visibility to the entire chain and bringing sustainable results by optimizing resources;
Develop and ensure the S&OP strategy, taking predictive actions to correct deviations and ensure compliance with the area's goals;
Define strategies for managing the inventory level, ensuring its correct distribution throughout the value chain, always seeking to improve financial results;
Ensure the transformation and digitalization of the supply chain planning and integration process (Supply Chain 4.0), developing and implementing new technologies that increase chain visibility and the tactical/operational decision-making process;
Establish the right policies with the Customer Services team, to delivery the SLA agreed with the customers.


Perfil | Formação e conhecimentos:

Bachelor degree in Engineering, Business Administration or Economics. Postgraduate or MBA in Logistics, Logistic Planning or related fields;

Hard skills:
Integrated logistics, Supply Chain planning, Quality system knowledge, Negotiation techniques, logistics costs and statistics, Supply Chain management;

Soft skills:
Lead/drive Business strategy, Conflict management, strategic vision and entrepreneurship
