Experience required:

Demonstrated experience in Inhouse or Agency Recruitment
Direct sourcing skills (including aptitude with online sourcing tools)
Knowledge of the technology talent market and the software/tech industry in Brazil.
Clientfacing experience, working in a fastpaced deadline driven environment

Responsibilities:

Meeting with hiring managers upfront to understand position requirements, determine how to partner together to fill open positions.
Sourcing technology talent through a variety of methods including advertising, direct sourcing, networking, Internet searches, database searches and talent mapping.
Initiating interview scheduling using the applicant tracking system which engages our Recruiting Operations team to schedule the interview
Posting open positions on external internet sites and our internal website.
Communicating recruiting status to Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners and Talent Attraction Leaders
Engaging other specialist HR teams engaged in position creation, interview scheduling, offer generation and onboarding in a timely manner
Partnering with internal crossmatrix stakeholders to:
Create recruiting strategies to fill positions
Educate on market conditions
Measure the effectiveness of recruiting efforts.
