You will support program managers on evaluating opportunities for new programs, assist with existing priority accounts by directly engaging with suppliers for enrollment efforts.

Once ready, the associate will manage a portfolio independently.

Our global clients are increasingly focusing their attention on the effectiveness of Trade providers to deliver and execute solutions as a key component in their decision-making to award business.

Enhancing the Client Experience requires a continual review of end-to-end process improvement, tools, and organizational structure to determine what we need to do to make it easier to win, onboard and serve clients.


Responsibilities:


  • Support the sales process with the preparation of analytical and marketing materials where appropriate
  • Client/Buyer Spend File Analysis
  • Individual Supplier reviews
  • Focus on the client/buyer program goals by driving program ramp to deliver revenue growth
  • Supplier enrollment inline with buyer strategy
  • Deliver an excellent enrollment experience for the suppliers
  • Follow established processes and procedures
  • Provide regular updates internally and externally
  • Serve as a point of contact internally and externally to handle daytoday communication with suppliers
  • Coordinate with counterparts in other regions
  • Facilitate requests and inquiries across workflows including partners in Client Service, Operations, Contracts Management, Product and others
  • Identify challenges and escalate accordingly within the Risk and Control framework
  • Gain exposure to credit requirements and partnership with Distribution
  • Utilize internal databases and follow a high degree of integrity for reporting needs and analytics
  • Provide strategic support for management MIS needs
  • Contribute to the maintenance of programspecific road maps
  • Partner with broader team and Marketing partners to deliver bestinclass external engagements such as Supplier Days

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:


  • You must be based in São Paulo, SP
  • Background in Trade Finance
  • 3 years of experience in Sales, Client Service, Portfolio Management support or Operations
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish (Portuguese will be consider a plus)
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Project management and attention to detail
  • Previous Trade Finance knowledge not a requirement but desire to learn about the business a must
  • College degree level education required

Preferred qualifications, capabilites, and skills:


  • Understanding of internal systems preferred
