Job Description:

As our Associate Finance Director your responsibility contemplates, but is not limited to:

  • Develop and further refine the Brazil vision and strategy that incorporates business opportunities to achieve 2024 revenue (LRP);
  • Be a trusted Business Partner to the Brazil team, providing sound financial planning and decision support, while challenging and enlightening the business as to financial impacts and trade offs of their decisions. Will also be actively involved in various matters pertaining to the sales and commercial teams pricing approvals, commercial costs, negotiations, sales incentives and headcount planning;
  • Support Brazil ́s GM and LATAM Finance Director in achieving the quarterly and FY revenue Plan, while articulating risks and opportunities in a timely and balanced manner;
  • Support Price Negotiation Strategy in order to improve volume and protect price;
  • Provide daytoday operational oversight of multiple areas & finance team with direct P&L mgmt. responsibility.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's Degree (Accounting) or Finance related;
  • Fluent Portuguese and English;
  • Strong experience in pharmaceutical companies (human health) experience with specialty care will be a plus;
  • At least 15 years of experience in Finance area being in senior roles in recent years;
Additional Information

  • 23 times a week at the office is required;
  • Will manage 3 direct reports (Managers);
