The IT Infrastructure Analyst will be responsible for managing and maintaining our organization's IT infrastructure. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our systems, servers, networks, and hardware.

As a IT Infrastructure Analyst you will**- Register technical events and service requests.

Provide clarification on technical, operational, or administrative inquiries.
Identify and handle technical support demands for software and hardware.
Coordinate installation, upgrade, movement, correction, and configuration of software and hardware
Monitor events to ensure adherence to service level agreements and resolution timelines.
Escalate incidents and involve relevant stakeholders, including thirdparty providers, when SLAs are not met.
Provide timely updates and estimates for user requests.
Handle secondlevel access management requests.
Maintain file folders on file servers.
Create user accounts.
Manage permissions in Windows, Linux, macOS, Active Directory, and Samba4 environments.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate level of support.
Document solutions in the knowledge base for future reference.

Requirements:

Knowledge of infrastructure equipment (desktop, laptop, manageable switch, structured cabling)
Proficiency in servers (Windows, Linux)
Experience with virtualization (VMWare, Hyper-V, Docker)
Understanding of File Server, AD, DNS, GPO, Samba4 services
Familiarity with Sonicwall, PFSense, and IpTables firewalls
Knowledge of backup routines
Proficiency in file versioning servers (Git, SVN, Perforce)
Monitoring networks using Zabbix
Analytical mindset to identify problems and find optimal solutions
Strong oral and written communication skills
Bachelor's degree in a related field (Computer Science, IT)
Native fluency in Portuguese (spoken and written)
Intermediate level of English proficiency
Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support roles
