After training and a tailored learning program when you join, the Salesforce IT Business Analyst would initially be responsible to launch Salesforce Field Service (SFS) in the LATAM region.
You will be responsible for proactively identifying areas for improvements and introducing innovations, factoring in customer needs, external approaches, and industry best practices.
Establishing a requirements strategy for projects, managing projects, deliverables, supporting production issues and actively managing delivery based on user priorities are also critical.

This role will be based out of Sao Paulo, Brazil, where Videojet Brazil Technologies Ltda. is headquartered and offers work from home flexibility.Your responsibilities as Salesforce IT Business Analyst at Videojet, include:
- Using established global service processes, implement Salesforce Field Service in LATAM region.
- Work in partnership with business stakeholders to understand and document their business processes, issues, challenges, and opportunities.
- Ownership of small to large sized projects, driving the projects to completion while ensuring process adherence and business success.
- Provide critical support to end users including managing issue resolution and performing root cause analysis.
- Leads user acceptance testing, identify testers, develop test scripts, and conduct test execution.
- Understand integration points with other systems that interface with Salesforce, and minimize ripple effects during development.
- Support Field Service projects and initiatives.
- Comfortable with flexible and global work hours: this is a global team with business and team members on every major continent. There may be meetings with the team and business that may be earlier in the morning or later in the evening on a regular basis. You have the flexibility to adjust your work hours so long as job responsibilities are met.
Your experience/skills will include:
- Strong analytical and datadriven approach to provide solutions, hands on troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Strong capability to deliver results while quickly adapting to changing priorities and unforeseen challenges.
- High productivity, strong work ethics, commitment to meeting deadlines and to make steady progress on longterm projects without the need for "fire drills" or lastminute panic.
- Highly selfmotivating and able to work without supervision since this is a flexible workfromhome position on a global team with global management.
- Ability and skills to work asynchronously, using online collaboration and work management tools to maximize productivity and valueadd to the business while minimizing interruptions to work.
- Ability to drive towards a solution even when there is some business ambiguity.
- Salesforce knowledge: Administration, data model, sharing and security architecture, standard Salesforce capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in a global environment (in English), with both technical and nontechnical team members and business users around the world.
- Programming and/or SQLrelated coding experience, and other CRM or ERP experience would be advantageous.
- Good command of English language, with ability to work with the business in both Spanish and Portuguese.
