We are searching for a Bilingual Inbound Sales Representative who can tackle the demand from our products


Responsibilities:

-
Inbound Call Handling: Efficiently manage inbound sales calls, understanding customer needs and providing detailed information on R3TRACTs products and services.
-
Proposal Preparation: Assist in preparing accurate and persuasive sales proposals that meet the specific needs of each customer.

CRM Management: Utilize HubSpot to track and manage customer interactions, ensuring all communication is logged and information is up-to-date.

Product Knowledge: Maintain comprehensive knowledge of R3TRACTs product range to offer tailored solutions to customers.

Sales Goals: Meet and strive to exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.


Requirements:

Customer Service Excellence: Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with clients.

Experience with HubSpot: Proficient in using HubSpot CRM to manage customer relationships and sales processes.

Sales Acumen: Previous experience in an inbound sales or customer service role, preferably within a similar industry.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey product value to customers.

Problem-Solving: Aptitude for understanding customer requirements and providing suitable solutions.

Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with a knack for handling multiple tasks simultaneously.

Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
