Team Overview:
We are looking for experienced and passionate people to join our fast-growing fintech business and build it up together As Payment Operations Manager for 99Pay, you will be responsible for the payment business, working closely with the Product and Engineering teams to translate

user needs and feedback into new product features and service improvements. You will be expected to create and implement strategies and campaigns for user growth and retention.


This is a highly collaborative, fast-paced role that demands ownership, excellent execution and teamwork in order to create the premier fintech service in Brazil.


Role Responsibilities:

  • Join a dynamic, fastgrowing company and build our payment business;
  • Own user growth objectives and achieve sustainable business development;
  • Define, communicate and implement diversified strategies and initiatives for user acquisition and retention;
  • Control the business P&L and elaborate adequate strategies for financial performance combined to efficient growth;
  • Based on sensitive user insights and data thinking, collaborate closely with Product, Engineering and Data Analysis teams, designing and driving the continuous optimization of our products and services;
  • Partner with internal stakeholders across our Rides and Food businesses to ensure coordination and maximize synergies in brand, growth and efficiency;
  • Manage critical vendor relationships and build performance tracking systems;
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Experience and other teams for campaigns planning and elaboration.

Role Qualifications:

  • 3+ years professional and industry experience within the financial services or fintech sector, extensive knowledge of the current digital wallet and PIX ecosystem;
  • Experience in user growth and successful cases;
  • Excellent analytical and structured thinking skills; ability to both see the big picture and dive into details;
  • Strong user insights, focus on user value generation, experience with user research frameworks, passion for understanding and addressing user pain points, keen sense of what are fundamental user needs;
  • Creative problem solving abilities and expertise in balancing and articulating tradeoffs;
  • Excellent communication skills, with proven ability to effectively manage daily operations and drive improvement actions with different teams, as well as ability to work well with a diverse international team;
  • A proactive, entrepreneurial, selfstarter attitude. Comfort with ambiguity and able to define clear strategic direction in the midst of a fastmoving environment;
  • Fluency in English;
  • Data capability on SQL and tableau should be a plus.
