Job Purpose
Responsible for coordinating and planning research and development projects, with a view to delivery within the deadlines set, and in accordance with the budget and quality established by the company.

These projects can be qualifications, construction of 1st articles of new products or prototypes:
New Product Development (NPD).

Job Description
Plan projects and prototypes, with execution both in Brazil and in other sites, and maintain GOPI's website and performance indicator reports.

Control your project deliverables to be on-time and on-budget, and give visibility of the progress of both indicators to the CPD, project team and GOPI team.

Contributing to the Procurement, Quality, Engineering, Assembly, Production, Logistics and other teams in order to execute projects with the best quality and in the shortest time.

Controlling 100% of the costs of the project and the prototype being manufactured, controlling the acquisitions made in the project, supporting the Finance team in aligning the project cost forecast.

Reporting on the status of projects and prototypes to management and the board of directors
Controlling the maintenance of the Tech Center brickwall with all the demands of GOPI (Innovative Projects Operations Group).
Quoting for services and prototypes required by GOPI.
Preparing analyses of GOPI's performance indicators and presenting these analyses to all of GOPI's management.

You are meant for this job if:
Degree in Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration or other.

Post-graduate degree in Project Management
Experience in project planning and/or management
Knowledge of project management, lean methodology and SCRUM.
Knowledge of SAP, Primavera or MS Project desirable, Office package
Advanced English
