  • We are searching the best talent for Strategic Affairs Senior Manager to be in Brazil

Purpose:
This Manager will be in charge of 3 main pillars: External Affairs Strategy, Stakeholder Engagement and Governance. This position requires strong stakeholder management, collaboration skills, business acumen, strategic-thinking, functional perspective, risk-management, project management and multi-functional leadership. _


Key Responsibilities:


  • Define Janssen Brazil external agenda/strategy and ensure coordinated execution according to business and reputational needs;
  • Lead crossfunctional initiatives in the company;
  • Establish critical connections with key stakeholders;
  • Engage national decisionalmakers working in collaboration with peers/areas;
  • Identify short and longterm growth opportunities for Janssen portfolio;
  • Follow/understand critical trends in healthcare segments to gain business foresight, anticipating risks and opportunities.

Qualifications:


  • 10 year experience in the Pharmaceutical segment, specifically in Market Access or Public Affairs area;
  • Deeply knowledge of Oncology, Hematology and/or Immunology market;
  • Experience with team management;
  • Experience with project management;
  • Fluent or advanced English;
  • Experience and Skills: Stakeholder management
