About the job:
Red Hat's Sales team is looking for a Senior Sales Account Manager focused on telco to join us in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
You'll need to have an excellent combination of customer-facing sales skills and in-depth technical knowledge of enterprise software, mainly middleware offerings.
This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment while helping grow Red Hat's business.What you will do:
- Work closely with regional and global telco teams as well as local Services teams to identify key projects to sell Red Hat's solutions
- Manage the account planing process and carry out strategic plans
- Attain the trust of senior IT and business executives of key accounts and create longterm partnerships with customers
- Develop new product strategies within key accounts to establish proofs of concepts and pilot implementations
- Work closely with product teams, product engineering, professional services, and product support to ensure excellent customer experience with Red Hat's offerings
What you will bring:
- 8+ years of field sales experience, focused on strategic telco accounts with solid experience selling software solutions
- Background in delivering complex customer solutions in a rapidly evolving technology domain
- Proven record of working closely with customers to produce solutions that exceed their business expectations
- Experience in consultative customer engagement with either a major enterprise software company or in the sales division of an enterprise software reseller
- Outstanding written and verbal communications skills
- Fluent language skills in English
- Solutions sales mentality in an environment with multiple offerings and services
- Ability to work seamlessly with global crossfunctional teams to achieve success on behalf of customers
- Excellent balance of strategic and tactical skills
