Job Purpose and Impact


As a Transformation Office Analyst you will drive the portfolio of projects and programs across the business areas and functions based on the business strategy.

In this role, you will provide visibility into the business's project portfolio, reporting in an integrated way with other business planning processes to key stakeholders.

You will gather data for portfolio reporting, build data information dashboard, ensure data quality and consistency, support stakeholders in project management tools and methods and analyze data for ad hoc requests.

You'll also act as a change agent within the business, helping to accelerate continuous improvement and innovation. Key Accountabilities

Drive portfolio management from pilot to scale, through supporting a variety of teams on:
Idea management and portfolio's gaps identification;
Scaling projects;
Conduction of portfolio review meetings;
Seeking collaboration within different levels and areas (business, functions etc.) to remove roadblocks;
Analyze and interpret Portfolio Management data and information, to seek insights regarding portfolio's health;
Use data tools to create reports and support material to stakeholders;
Identify and implement process improvements opportunities that impact our business transformation;
Train and educate team on transformation processes;
Independently solve moderately complex issues with mínimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff. Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience;
  • Experience in project management, project delivery process and portfolio management;
  • Fluent Portuguese;
  • Advanced English;

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Master's degree or other postsecondary degree;
  • Industry knowledge and/or experience in agile project portfolio management practices;
  • Knowledge of and experience with process improvement practices;
  • Experience in transformation, operational excellence or process improvement project management;
  • Experience using analytical tools;
  • Knowledge in Innovation (Design Thinking, Lean Startup, Business Model Canvas, Value Proposition Canvas, Scrum/Agile);


  • CI

  • Belt certification;
  • Spanish intermediary.
