Your role

In the Legal Department of Credit Suisse Brazil, you will have the opportunity to provide legal advisory to the Wealth Management and Asset Management divisions.
Full legal and regulatory support to the Wealth Management division, including for public offerings and distribution to Wealth Management clients of Brazilian securities, such as corporate bonds, structured notes, and securitized products; legal coverage for handling client events related to civil, family and succession law (e.g., donation, succession); and support to the Brokerage team for transactions involving Wealth Management clients.
Legal

coverage for administration and portfolio management of investment funds, including private-label funds and structured collective investment funds; drafting of all applicable fund and fund offering documentation.

Legal

support in litigation cases, drafting letters and notices to clients and regulatory bodies, review of service agreements and searching for legal theory and case law in the areas of financial and capital markets.

Your team

The work environment is focused on providing support to the Wealth Management and Asset Management divisions of Credit Suisse in Brazil, with daily and direct interaction with the qualified professionals in the Legal Department.

Your expertise

Good communication skills, analytical capability, and dedication to learning.
The work demands creativity to find legal solutions, an analytical mind, and an indepth approach to the transactions, business and operational issues involved.
Undergraduate degree in law earned in December 2025 or later
Advanced English (desirable)
