Job Description:


Responsibilities:


  • Create and maintain business rules, UI policies, UI actions, client and server scripts, and access controls in ServiceNow.
  • Work closely with business and IT teams to gather input to support ongoing business needs for ServiceNow configuration, implementation, and support.
  • Use agile methodologies to manage and execute ServiceNow tasks and projects.
  • Develop workflows, catalog items, and customerfriendly interfaces within ServiceNow.
  • Create and configure reports and dashboards according to business requirements.
  • Maintain and support ServiceNow updates and upgrades, ensuring best practices are followed.
  • Provide training and documentation to other members of the team to support enduser training.

Qualifications:


  • 4+ years of ServiceNow experience
  • 1+ Years using or implementing FSM
