Role Summary:
Manage quality control indicators in the areas of Nursery, Forestry, Harvesting, Logistics and survival of eucalyptus plantations.

Responsibilities:

In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities:

Ensure the proper technical execution of the monitoring of leaf-cutting ants and forest occurrences;
Perform the technical management of own and outsourced teams (Service Agreement) for forest monitoring, reporting and guaranteeing it with a focus on Quality, Productivity and Costs;
Monitor compliance with recommendations and actions related to leaf-cutting ants, insect pests, plant diseases, miscellaneous occurrences and operational controls;
Give strategic support to the review of forest monitoring and forest quality control;
Prospect, develop and implement new methodologies and tools for monitoring and controlling forest quality;
Support the preparation and review of the area's procedures for each type of monitoring, keeping documents updated in the management system;
Consolidate the data and carry out monthly closings of the results of the indicators of monitoring and forest quality controls, ensuring the quality of the information disclosed;
Analyze the results of indicators and seek correlations for deviations, supporting the development of actions and projects to improve the quality of processes;
Prepare management and strategic reports;
Promoting the interface with the technical and operational areas in the search for better quality performance;
Conduct routine meetings with the technical and operational areas, reporting the results of the indicators;
Participate in cooperative meetings seeking the continuous improvement of operational quality monitoring processes;
Ensure the proper management of Florestal Bracell BA's operational documents. Performing the function of verifier of the SoftExpert document management system;

Know and comply with the Quality, Safety, Occupational Health and Environment policies determined by the company, ensuring that the requirements and standards of the area correspond to the system adopted by the company.

Requirements:

Para ter sucesso nessa função, é recomendável que você tenha as seguintes habilidades e qualificações:

Formação:

MANDATÓRIO:
Ensino superior completo em Engenharia Florestal, Engenharia Agronômica ou correlatas;

Habilitação de motorista em categoria B (automóvel).

DESEJAVÉL:
Inglês nível intermediário (para uso em comunicação corporativa).

Experiência:

MANDATÓRIO:
Experiência em qualidade florestal, monitoramentos/proteção florestal, melhoria contínua e/ou atuação na área florestal;

Experiência em gestão de processos.

Disponibilidade para mudança de local de trabalho (Alagoinhas-BA).
