Position Summary:
Responsible to achieve the territory sales target and manage the territory within budget; to generate appropriate levels of sales activity to achieve targets, by maintaining current business, winning new accounts and selling new products; to promote at all times, a positive and professional image of Thermo Fisher Scientific / MBD Salesperson, the company and its products; to report on sales and market issues to Sales Management; to continuously develop attitudes, knowledge and skills required to carry out the role.
Key Responsibilities:

Standards of Performance
- To achieve the territory sales target, and manage the territory within budget
a)The territory sales target is achieved.
b) Due consideration is given to the product group mix as directed by Sales Management.
c) The company pricing policy is adhered to.
d) The territory budget for travel and entertaining, vehicle, telephone and literature is not exceeded.
- To generate appropriate levels of sales activity to achieve targets, by maintaining current business, winning new accounts and selling new products
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
- Possess Bachelors Degree in Biology or equivalent experience
- Possess Fluent English
Non-Negotiable Hiring Criteria:
- Have 2 year of experience in sales;
- Have minimum of 10 year of experience in Microbiology Labs
- Possess a strong communication skill verbally and writing to the customers and internal team;
- Possess a Proactiveness Attribute;
