This person will manage a group of highly strategic brands in the personal care category, recommending strong marketing plans, new products launch plans and new opportunities.

Will also lead the implementation of the plans as well as provide necessary follow-up to them. Will coordinate a multi-functional team in a high visibility environment while mentoring and developing direct team members.


What you will do:

-
Develop a 360o strategy for Protex and Palmolive brands aligned with Brand Innovation Group, LatAm Division and Commercial team
-
Track and own market share performance. Propose commercial plans to win in the marketplace
-
Develop full communication plans to drive brands growth as well enhance brands equity.

Own business P&L and propose / manage promotional investments, media and CapEx
-
Lead and coach a group of 5 team members by fully understanding their strengths and weaknesses

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor degree (Marketing / Business Administration)
-
Experience with product / portfolio management
-
7- 10 years of experience within Marketing
-
Digital fundamentals (ACPL)
-
English skill (advanced)

Preferred qualifications include:

Consumer Insights & Market Monitor Tools (Nielsen, Kantar, Ad-Hoc, etc)

Spanish (basic)
