Your Role and Responsibilities

Nesta função, você trabalhará em nosso IBM Client Innovation Center (CIC), onde oferecemos profundo conhecimento técnico e do setor para uma ampla gama de clientes do setor público e privado em todo o mundo.

Esses centros oferecem aos nossos clientes habilidades e conhecimento técnico para impulsionar a inovação e a adoção de novas tecnologias.

Como Desenvolvedor(a), você participará de muitos aspectos do ciclo de vida do desenvolvimento de software, como design, implementação de código, teste e suporte.

Você criará um software que possibilitará as jornadas de nuvem híbrida e IA de seus clientes.

As principais funções incluem:

Desenvolvimento em backend em Apex e frontend em Aura, LWC e Visualforce.
Desenvolvimento de Triggers, Classes Apex, Classes de teste, Componentes Lightning, trabalhos agendados e em massa.
Implementação de soluções, construção de documentos técnicos e revisão de códigos.
Levantamento de requisitos técnicos com o time e criação de soluções customizadas seguindo as boas práticas de desenvolvimento.
Reportar atividades e estimativas para o gerente do projeto, bem como ser resposável pelas soluções técnicas do lado IBM.
Manipulações de metadados e realização deploys.
Identificar problemas e impactos (adaptabilidade) das soluções propostas.
Trabalhar de forma estruturada em ambientes de desenvolvimento, QA e UAT, focados na implantação.
Apoiar equipe funcional com respaldo técnico.
Trabalhar em projetos ágeis (Kanban, Scrum).

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Experiência em desenvolvimento de soluções na plataforma Salesforce.
Experiência em desenvolvimento em Visualforce, Apex, Aura e LWC.
Conhecimento em estrutura de dados e orientação a objetos.
Dominar estruturas de metadados da plataforma Salesforce.
Conhecimento em conceitos e benefícios de ferramentas de ETL e de orquestração.
Trabalhar em projetos de contextos Agile (Kanban ou Scrum).
Conhecimento no uso de ferramenta de gestão de desenvolvimento Ágil como GitHub, Jira e Trello.
Facilidade em interações com as áreas de negócios e entendimento dos processos de negócio.
Relacionamento interpessoal e trabalho em equipe.
Ter boa escrita/organização.
