Our client has various projects starting now involving construction and renovation of various public sector building for different ministries, some in Luanda and some in the different provinces.

Our client are an IT company and have no experience in construction and civil engineering, so they need a PM


that will manage all aspects of construction:

  • Analyzing customer needs
  • Survey of the sites
  • Defining SOW and BOM
  • Engaging local/ international contractors to carry the work
  • Managing subcontractors and supervising the work
  • Managing budget and schedule
  • Handing over the sites to customers.

Job Requirements (mandatory):


  • Languages: Portuguese & English mandatory
  • Manage and lead Projects of Housing, Public Buildings and Infrastructures construction.

Skills Requirements:

- very knowledgeable and experienced in his area
- working very independently but reporting to managers
- man of details, but able to see the broad picture
- good interpersonal skills - will have many interfaces with suppliers, customers, and peers
- experience in managing and working in Budget and tight schedule
- flexible and problem solver
- good experience with office tools (word, excel PPT)
- experienced in working in Angola/ Africa
