ABOUT THE JOB

Select, lead, direct, evaluate, supervise and develop a team of professional engineers and technical managers and technical support staff to ensure that Industrial engineering operations are completed ontime, within budget, and on spec.
Ensure consistent improvement of processes and implementation of tools that enables quality in the processes and deliveries.
Ensure that business strategies and high level goals are met.
Work closely together with and support Engineering management on other E&S Sites.
