Eaton's VEH Vehicle Group division is currently seeking a Gerente de Manutenção e Facilities / Maintenance Manager. This position will be based in our Caxias do Sul-RS plant.


What you'll do:


  • Responsible for the plant maintenance management (including equipment and facilities), assuring processes execution and people management.
  • Manages equipment maintenance programs through planning and execution of corrective and preventive activities
  • Manages facilities maintenance programs through planning and execution of corrective and preventive activities
  • Leads the implementation of the TPM program
  • Manages planning and execution of the related areas budgets: maintenance labor and material, electrical energy, professional services and lubricants
  • Manages third parties' contracts assuring the achievement of agreed service levels
  • Executes through maintenance team and/or contractors the movement of machines
  • Supports acquisition, installation and tryout of new equipment
  • Executes safety improvements on both site and equipment
  • Provides lubricants fulfillment
  • Manage maintenance main indicators (Downtime, MTTR, MTBF) to achieve goals
  • Leads maintenance strategy to achieve best in class downtime levels

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree completed (preference for Engineering or Administration, not excudent)
  • 3 years' experience in maintenance or manufacturing, in a team leading position

Skills:


  • Industrial Maintenance experience and knowledge
  • Knowledge of EBS, ELSS, Pro Launch and Quality System.
  • Financial knowledge for capital plan, asset management, project management and budgeting.
  • Intermediate English language knowledge
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • High personal integrity and strong commitment to ethical behavior
  • Strategic mindset and planning skills to achieve balance between short and long term goals
