Your 'day to day':

  • Manage the National Supermarket, Cash & Carry Key Accounts, and national cstores in order to guarantee sales volume target with the best costbenefit solutions and resources allocation.
  • This position is responsible for developing and implementing the accounts' strategies aligned with PMB and PMI strategies and policies. It is also accountable for identifying and analyzing opportunities and needs, supporting the implementation of MKT Brand Plans.
  • Develop and implement accounts' strategy, ensuring the correct resources allocation among accounts and guaranteeing best assortment and optimum inventory level to satisfy consumer needs, attend customer and PMI business objectives.
  • Develop activities calendar, conducting the negotiation process with accounts, following PMI compliance guidelines.
  • Identify and negotiate the best sell out / pricing strategy with clients to increase PMB's numerical distribution of each SKU considering different geographies, brands and focus.
  • Align the pricing strategy by region/subregion/store with Regional Sales Managers and Brand Managers to contribute to either region or brand BPWATS avoiding overlapping with DSD/EZD/WS channels coverage.
  • Manage accounts' budget and all financial resources, validating all needed steps, as well as all PPOSM demands and pricing budget.
  • Contribute for area talents development focusing on Intern, Apprentice and KA Executives and Managers identifying gaps, proposing and monitoring the development plan.
  • Manage, Recommend, and maximize returns over the KA Promoters force by defining together with KA Field Executives the best and more costeffective structure to cater the SM and C&C stores. Either In House, EZD or 3rd party force.
  • Conduct business reviews, highlighting market shifts, trends and opportunities.
  • Build the relationship matrix for the channel by stablishing the social agenda, including channels entities, events, unions etc.

Who we're looking for:

  • Al least 10 years of experience in KA Channel and Knowledge in the main retailers in Brazil.
  • Has broad knowledge and perspective; Can create competitive and breakthrough strategies and plans; Identify future opportunities.
  • Building relationship with third parties.
  • Overcome obstacles to move forward and help others to do the same.
  • Proactively work to find solutions to problems.
  • Understand an anticipate customer ́s needs and expectations.
  • Seek Insights form consumer/customers to understand their needs.
