Responsabilidades e atribuições What You Will Do:

  • Empower our sales and service associates to deliver the best customer outcomes and create a world-class customer experience by helping facilitate an innovative sales learning curriculum and performance support
  • Lead an extended sales onboarding program that incorporates live, online, handson, and mentorbased training for all gotomarket roles across multiple Industrial Group businesses
  • Facilitate worldclass sales training courses including Counselor Salesperson, Versatile Salesperson, and other internally developed courses to help all associates deliver a world class experience for external customers
  • Identify improvement opportunities and gaps within existing learning programs, and partner with Global Industrial Learning & Development team to codevelop and execute new learning programs to meet the needs of the business
  • Provide indirect leadership to field associates through management feedback during and after training sessions, including activities, tracking metrics and supplemental materials to ensure proper learning reinforcement
  • Develop effective working relationships with business leadership, HR, learning professionals, and frontline sales and service associates to identify emerging gaps and needs and to drive learning efficacy
  • Be nimble, resilient, and adaptable to the everchanging environment of learning and offer creative solutions based on both experience and industry trends

Requisitos e qualificações Minimum Qualifications:


  • Completed Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of experience in a technical or digital sales and service role; or equivalent professional experience working with field sales and sales management
  • Knowledge of career development, adult learning, learning and development theories and techniques
  • Knowledge of modern consultative sales methodologies, sales process, and buyer's journey alignment as well as sales management best practices, including pipeline management and developmental sales coaching
  • Expert with Microsoft Tools (PowerPoint, Word, Teams, SharePoint) and/or other related talent technology and social collaboration tools

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Experience in training and mentoring field sales and service personnel
  • Proven track record of selfdirected learning and professional growth
  • Passion to teach, coach, and support others to succeed
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office, Outlook, SharePoint, ESM, and other related LMS
  • Superior verbal, written, presentation, and facilitation skills
  • Able to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously
