About the Role:

As a member of the Software Development tribe, with teams in Brazil, Sri Lanka, and the US, you will be integrated into a multi-disciplinary development squad working in Agile - SaFe mode.

**How you will make an impact: - Build new features on existing products and brand-new experiences for our learners.

Practice highquality development methods: writing unit tests, code reviews, and code standards.
Actively participate in Agile SAFe ceremonies (daily meetings, refinement meetings, retrospectives, and PI Planning).
Contribute to continuous improvement of our development processes.

**What we look for: - Enthusiastic in implementing scalable solutions using the right tools. Our code base is mostly composed of Golang, but we care more about general development skills rather than skills in a language or framework.

Continuous Integration and Deployment into AWS.
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
SQL DBs Postgres experience.
Having work experience with some of these topics Rest, GitLab / GitHub, Jenkins, Linux, Docker, and Jira will be a key advantage.
Enjoy solving complex problems using simple solutions.
Work experience with SAFe Agile development framework and comfortable working with close multiple competencies teams.
You are comfortable reading, writing, and speaking in English, face to face, or for an audience.
Being familiar with DevOps practices will also help your daytoday work.
