Minimum qualifications:

5 years of experience in recruiting, human resources, business development, business operations or account

management.

3 years of recruiting experience at an agency or inhouse recruiting team.

Preferred qualifications:

5 years of recruiting experience within the technology industry.
Experience with product management recruitment.
Collaborative partner skilled in crossfunctional initiatives, stakeholder influence, and exceptional communication.
Proactive approach to developing solutions, building relationships, and aligning with client needs without direct authority.

Responsibilities:

Keep partners apprised of and involved in work by communicating information and status to project leads and team members, coordinating work crossfunctionally and influencing peers, project leaders, and/or managers.
Solve problems and produce solutions by collecting and analyzing data, identifying alternatives when circumstances change, and seeking out additional responsibilities.
