Minimum qualifications:


  • 5 years of experience in recruiting, human resources, business development, business operations or account
management.

  • 3 years of recruiting experience at an agency or inhouse recruiting team.

Preferred qualifications:


  • 5 years of recruiting experience within the technology industry.
  • Experience with product management recruitment.
  • Collaborative partner skilled in crossfunctional initiatives, stakeholder influence, and exceptional communication.
  • Proactive approach to developing solutions, building relationships, and aligning with client needs without direct authority.

Responsibilities:


  • Keep partners apprised of and involved in work by communicating information and status to project leads and team members, coordinating work crossfunctionally and influencing peers, project leaders, and/or managers.
  • Solve problems and produce solutions by collecting and analyzing data, identifying alternatives when circumstances change, and seeking out additional responsibilities.
