In our relentless pursuit of excellence, we are seeking an exceptionally proactive Marketing Analyst to take charge of orchestrating the seamless implementation of a comprehensive CRM platform, meticulously integrating sales and marketing functionalities to elevate our operations.


Position Overview:


As the Marketing Analyst - CRM Implementation Specialist at Digiu Digital Group, you will assume a pivotal role in spearheading the coordination and management of the CRM implementation project.

With an unwavering proactive stance, you will engage and collaborate with internal stakeholders across various departments, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and driving forward momentum towards project success.

Your mandate will encompass the meticulous customization, configuration, and deployment of a CRM platform equipped with robust sales and marketing capabilities, culminating in a transformative solution tailored to our unique business needs.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Strategic Leadership: Assume proactive leadership in charting the course for the CRM implementation project, setting clear objectives, and mobilizing crossfunctional teams towards achieving milestones with precision and agility.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Establish proactive communication channels with company stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and IT teams, fostering a collaborative environment conducive to gathering insights, aligning expectations, and addressing challenges proactively.
  • Requirements Elicitation: Employ proactive methodologies to conduct comprehensive requirements gathering sessions, proactively eliciting feedback, insights, and user stories to inform the configuration and customization of the CRM platform.
  • Customization and Configuration: Proactively collaborate with CRM vendors and internal IT teams to drive the customization and configuration of the CRM platform, ensuring seamless alignment with Digiu Digital Group's unique sales and marketing workflows and strategic imperatives.
  • Data Migration Mastery: Proactively oversee the meticulous migration of legacy customer data into the new CRM platform, proactively safeguarding data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with regulatory standards.

Take a proactive stance in developing and delivering comprehensive training programs and documentation, proactively empowering users to embrace and leverage the CRM platform effectively to drive operational efficiency and performance.


  • Continuous Improvement Drive: Champion a culture of continuous improvement, proactively monitoring and evaluating CRM platform performance, soliciting feedback, and proactively identifying opportunities for enhancement and optimization to drive sustained business value.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Exceptional proactive communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive approach to navigating stakeholder dynamics and fostering collaborative partnerships.
  • Proactive problemsolving prowess, coupled with a proactive mindset geared towards seizing opportunities and proactively addressing challenges.
