Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization

Develop, support and manage key strategic HR initiatives/projects/programs, from planning to execution, across the BRA organization, in close collaboration with the HRBPs and in alignment with LAM initiatives and processes, shaping and tracking the annual HR calendar.

Lead all HR reporting and KPIs, ensuring accuracy and providing relevant data to support the HR actions and decisions.

  • Translating highlevel, longterm corporate strategy into concrete activities, milestones, and goals
  • Developing, sharing & implementing best practices across the organization
  • Driving and guiding initiative owners in planning and execution while providing deepdive support on select initiatives.
  • Initiating regular communication and working sessions with the management team on initiative progress, issues, decisions, and recommended future actions


  • Key Responsibilities

  • PROJECT MANAGEMENT
  • Consistently analyse existing HR processes, to identify gaps and lead resolution projects.
  • Develop and lead the project/program team to fulfil its mission and targets.
  • Provide objective perspective on progress, priorities and directions while managing expectations.
  • Provide feedback to initiative business owners/team to ensure high quality, timely execution.
  • Actively manage a network across the organization to ensure the project remains highly relevant to the business and its priorities.
  • SYSTEMS AND PROCESSES
  • Closely track project life cycle and organize regular updates with management on initiative progress, ensuring that all stakeholders are clearly aligned and updated with the latest information.
  • During planning and execution, provide valueadded analytical support to enable factbased decisions.
  • PLANNING & EXECUTION
  • Develop and execute a systematic approach to support senior management in identifying the right strategic priorities to focus on.
  • Properly plan de HR annual calendar, in consideration of global, market and country schedules ensuring visibility and execution of HR Strategy and Operations.
  • Coordinate and manage HR operations and related development, planning and prioritization across functions.
  • Drive and guide initiative business owners in setting objectives, developing detailed plans and KPIs.
  • FINANCIAL & HR KPIS
  • Drive budget management, business case modelling, cost/return estimations, analytics (as required).
  • Establish HR KPIs in alignment with global and regional, and in collaboration with the HR Functions, ensuring one single source of truth, efficient data consolidation, and a reporting cadence as required by the business to ensure that we track and address critical HR measures.

  • HR generalist with the ability to understand the strategic objectives of a country/function and tie project objectives and KPIs into the financial/strategic goals to track project success.
  • Strong team player with proven ability to work cross functionally to achieve goals and objectives.
  • Ability to be selfdirected while working under tight deadlines with a solutionoriented approach.
  • Ability to effectively communicate (both written and verbal)
  • Ability to lead and facilitate discussions in small and large groups.
  • Ability to understand and use data to make decisions and influence outcomes.
  • Extensive knowledge of project management principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent logical thinking and analytical skills.
  • Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications
  • Minimum of 8 years of general business experience
  • Experience in working closely with senior managers and leaders across functions
  • University degree or equivalent education required.
