I embarked on my professional journey at Dell Technologies in 2018, and little did I know then that I would discover a true passion for Talent Acquisition.

As a Recruiter, I have had the incredible opportunity to evolve as a specialist, and doing so in a purpose-driven organization committed to diversity and other impactful causes has been amazing! This sense of purpose keeps me constantly motivated.

Additionally, I've found immense satisfaction in contributing to Employment Branding and University Relations initiatives, as both are aspects of my career that allow me to connect even more deeply with exceptional talents.

Until recently I was a Sr. Tech Recruiter dedicated to Digital and Cybersecurity positions, frequently assuming roles as a Project Manager and Business Talent Partner as well. However, in August of 2023 I took over a new challenge as Diversity & Inclusion Sourcer and Program Manager.

Currently, my primary focus revolves around immersing myself in D&I topics and my greatest aspiration is to continue making a positive impact in people's lives and foster meaningful discussions on building more inclusive organizational environments.

When you work in a field you are genuinely passionate about, one that holds personal significance, overcoming challenges becomes a rewarding journey. I am truly thrilled to live my passion every day and contribute to a more inclusive and diverse world.
