  • Developed and launched the company’s S&OP model in 3 phases increasing performance management system ensuring a direct link between Sales, Production and Finance and clear rules and goals at each business unit and corporate levels. 
  • Has implemented deep changes, aligned to global guidelines operations, increasing service level and improving supply chain performance in Latin America South, including large cost reduction and process improvement. 
  • Provided the business increase of Forecast from 59% up to 95% with inventory reduction from 109 down to 90 days, through market conditions understanding and future trends to enable better budgeting and forecasting accuracy.
  • Back order reduction from 7% to less than 1,5% of sales revenue and keep overall performance of the supply chain to ensure continuous improvement.
