My professional journey began in administrative support at Lojas Cem S.A., where I developed strong organizational and customer service skills. During this time, I managed documents, assisted billing and collection teams, and ensured accuracy in reports and invoices. This role taught me the importance of precision and responsibility in managing data and records.

Later, I transitioned to the IT field, joining G.C de Moraes Telecomunicações as a Help Desk Assistant. I provided technical support to both internal teams and external clients, handled software and hardware installations, and monitored network systems. I also took the initiative to maintain the company's online presence. This experience strengthened my attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and familiarity with digital tools.

Currently, I work at Grupo Farias as an IT Analyst. I am responsible for maintaining IT infrastructure, configuring servers, and supporting network and security operations, including CCTV systems. I contribute to budget planning and ensure the physical and logical organization of equipment. In this role, I’ve combined my technical background with a methodical approach to ensure system reliability and operational efficiency.

Throughout these roles, I’ve consistently demonstrated a commitment to accuracy, organization, and continuous learning. With hands-on experience in handling data, technical systems, and customer needs, I am well-prepared to bring precision and efficiency to data entry operations.

My academic path in Computer Science began with a strong desire to transition into the fields of data and artificial intelligence. Although I am currently pursuing my degree and set to graduate in 2029, I’ve already developed a deep interest in how data can be used to solve real-world problems and drive smarter decisions.

From the start, I’ve been focused on building a solid foundation in programming, databases, and data analysis. I’ve taken the initiative to explore tools and languages like Python, SQL, and Excel beyond the classroom—applying them in personal projects that involve web scraping, data visualization, and automation.

My academic journey is not just about earning a degree—it's about building the mindset and technical skills needed to work with data in a precise, responsible, and meaningful way. Each course, project, and independent study brings me one step closer to becoming a data-driven professional ready to contribute from day one.
