Marina Bostelmann

My name is Marina Bostelmann, I'm 28 years old. I am a mechanical engineering with MBA in Business Management and also a Master's student in Manufacturing engineering. I speak native portuguese, fluent English, Advanced Spanish, Intermediate French (under study) and also I have a basic German. I have 5 years of purchasing experience within automotive industries, with budget, plan and forecast suppliers performance, direct material, vendor tooling, assets and services source, cost breakdown, should cost, price review, strategic sourcing methodology employment. I also have a commercial contracts drafting and negotiation skills. Localization and savings projects management, supplier relationships management, reallocation, make-or-buy, tooling buying and transfer, support the development of new products, alternative suppliers, materials and processes, greenfield projects and ERP implementation.are part of my job since 2017. I strongly believe that hardskills are conquered but softskills are the one who is going to make you won the game. You have to be respectfull, ethical and have focus on your purpose.

My hole career was based on automotive business, always in the middle of technical and commercial skills. I worked to great companies which provide me great experiences to face the situations we may face when we are working in a multinational company with several different people. I have experience with several stakeholders as logistics, engineering, sales, procurement, finance, etc. I've worked to 4 big companies (DAF Trucks, Renault- Nissan- Mitsubishi, Continental and Whirlpool), always related to procurement.
