Team management - oversight of 5 players within digital content admin projects for Latam, APAC, EMEA, and North America clients.
Work with the CMS ecosystem.
Agile Project Management – Scrum.
Global CMS training sessions & documentation.
Localization – oversight of global master content upload & site-building and its translation to local markets. Communication with cross-function teams – Business Analysts, Developers, and QA to improve the process. Contribution to global Digital Content Management pitches - strategy, deck creation, and presentation.
Financial management and performance data reports (Power BI).
Client facing.
1:1 – follow up on team members' personal & professional growth.
Leading new leads under the Content Management team.
Crisis management.
