• As IBM's TWS infrastructure Administrator, I worked with teams in different geographies (LA, NA, EMEA and Asia-Pacific), supporting six environments - approximately 200 TWS application servers (Linux, AIX and Windows). 
• During the last two years working for IBM, I leaded TWS servers migrating from all environments to a new data center; upgrading to version 10.2, as well as disaster recovery (DR) tests. 

• Experienced in TWS from version 8.5.1 to version 10.2.0.X. 

• Participation in the change committee to identify and evaluate the impacts of changes in the planning phase and adjust them as necessary.

Production Systems Analyst/TWS Administrator 08/2010 to 08/2021

• I started my career at IBM in 2010 as Production Systems Analyst (PSA) for domestic clients, on shift 3. I was responsible for ensuring the delivery of batch processing for these clients who used TWS, Control-M, UC4, TNG or AutoSys as scheduling tools, in addition to routines that ran directly in SAP. 

• I always acted proactively to prevent problems and continuously improve the batch processing of clients; I was quick to solve unexpected problems during my shift, working with crisis managers, IBM support analysts, third parties, and the client. 

• My scope included creating printers in the SAP environments, analyzing and solving problems; monitoring and providing first level support for backup routines in ArcServer and Tivoli Storage Manager (TSM). 

• In 2013, I was tranferred to the scheduling team, with new responsibility for implementing and updating batch processes, by using TWS and Control-M; creation and maintenance of routines in SAP ECC and BW. Understanding the client's needs and converting them into a solution met by the tool. 

• Some clients I worked with during this period: Ambev, Carrefour, CPFL, Embratel, Gerdau, Cielo, BRF, TV Globo, Lojas Americanas SA, Unilever, Drogaria São Paulo, Leroy Merlin, Nisource, Whirlpool, Ameriprise, Anbima, Fastshop, Generali, Multiplus, Ticket. 

• In 2017, I left the scheduling team and was allocated to the TWS infrastructure support team. At first, I worked with all the clients mentioned above and in 2018, my focus was only on IBM's internal accounts, being in charge of all matters related to TWS. 
• Incident tools I worked with: IBM Maximo Shared, Service Now, Remedy, CPMA, Manage Now and Peregrine Service Center and Service Manager.
