The position

By joining our team in Marketing, Midstream & Processing you will have the opportunity to:

Provide specialist support and advise on complex negotiations related to the purchase, sale and transportation of crude oil, products and natural gas, including gathering, processing, transportation and storage facilities negotiations;
Preparation, drafting and critical review of commercial agreements in collaboration with commercial team;
Coordinate efforts with internal stakeholder regarding corporate and project requirements to ensure maximum value and appropriate risk management;
Coordinate and liaise on contractual matters with multiple internal/external stakeholders;
Ensure all contract activities are completed in accordance with Equinor's Business Processes, legal and tax requirements and adhere to Equinor's corporate requirements and external authorities.

For this position, we are also looking for:

Bachelor's Degree required (Law Degree is a plus);
710 years of industry experience handling energy related transactional matters;
Fluent in English and Portuguese both written and verbal;
Excellent contract negotiation and drafting skills;
Understanding Brazilian Shipping Company regulations a plus;
Oil and gas regulatory affairs experience, including ANP regulations is desirable;
Understand and manage all types of risk (particularly legal and operational risks associated with the marketing and transportation of hydrocarbons);
Willingness to travel, as needed;
Show dedication and endurance, follow through and pay attention to details.
