We are front-ending the category creation for the audio OTT landscape and building the largest repository of audio streaming content across formats like audio series, audiobooks and podcasts, through our unique story telling approach.

Pocket FM has grown to over 130million listeners across the globe, with active listeners spending an average of over 110 minutes every day. We are a Series C funded start-up backed by some of the marquee investors like Naver, Goodwater Capital, Lightspeed, Tanglin Venture Partners and others.

• Lead the show readiness and launch with data-tested low CPI (Cost-per-install), CAC (Cost per acquired customer)
• Lead a team of writer to create ~30 minute promotional asset scripts adapted to local context
• Coordinate with production and live asset teams to convert scripts into animated/video ads.
• Deeply analyse multiple creative routes and produce 100s versions of promotional assets that are ready for testing on Meta, TikTok, Google and other platforms
• Education : atleast Bachelor Degree (Media preferably)
• Experience : Minimum 8+ years of Creative director experience in Video films/ audiovisual productions. Alteast 2 years in Brazil.
• Language : English & Portugese - both are must to have. Spanish good to have (for Mexico hiring).
